Requirements

  • 1+ years of call center or help desk experience
  • Experience in troubleshooting and/or repairing devices
  • Completion of high school diploma or equivalent
  • Verbal and written proficiency in English
  • Ability to work 24+ hours per week over 4 to 5 shifts
  • Access to a PC running Windows 11 or newer, or Mac running MacOS 13 or newer
  • Subscription to a high-speed, hard-wired internet connection
  • USB or 3.5mm PC headset
  • Webcam for training and meetings
  • Private and quiet home office environment

Responsibilities

  • Identify and recommend solutions based on customers’ needs
  • Facilitate product repair, troubleshooting, upgrades, installations, and other services using an online portal and remote desktop software
  • Tutor clients on the proper use of their products
  • Complete training to continuously improve the client experience
  • Create an amazing customer experience
