Requirements
- 1+ years of call center or help desk experience
- Experience in troubleshooting and/or repairing devices
- Completion of high school diploma or equivalent
- Verbal and written proficiency in English
- Ability to work 24+ hours per week over 4 to 5 shifts
- Access to a PC running Windows 11 or newer, or Mac running MacOS 13 or newer
- Subscription to a high-speed, hard-wired internet connection
- USB or 3.5mm PC headset
- Webcam for training and meetings
- Private and quiet home office environment
Responsibilities
- Identify and recommend solutions based on customers’ needs
- Facilitate product repair, troubleshooting, upgrades, installations, and other services using an online portal and remote desktop software
- Tutor clients on the proper use of their products
- Complete training to continuously improve the client experience
- Create an amazing customer experience
