Requirements
- 5+ years of technical SaaS delivery experience in implementation, onboarding, or professional services.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience building, deploying, or managing agentic AI workflows.
- Proven expertise in enterprise-level project management, governance frameworks, and risk mitigation.
- Deep product expertise in SaaS integrations, APIs, and web technologies.
- Experience managing executive stakeholders and running steering committees.
- Strong proficiency with CRM and project management tools such as Salesforce, Jira, and Monday.com.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts for executive-level decision-making.
- Demonstrated track record of driving measurable business outcomes in enterprise implementations.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize implementation strategies for enterprise rollouts and phased deployments.
- Lead high-touch, enterprise-level implementations including complex technical integrations.
- Deploy and integrate autonomous agentic AI workflows within customer MarTech ecosystems.
- Facilitate steering committees and provide expert guidance to executive stakeholders.
- Manage implementation resources and track project milestones via CRM and project management tools.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and roadblocks.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to advocate for customer requirements.
