Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional technical programs across multiple engineering teams within the Ads Monetization space.
- Partner with engineering leadership to evaluate program prioritization, technical tradeoffs, and risks.
- Define and drive large-scale technical initiatives from inception to completion.
- Improve and implement execution processes to reduce organizational toil and enhance scalability.
- Mentor and support other team members in developing organizational and project management skills.
- Analyze and solve complex problems within large-scale systems.
