Requirements
- Several years of experience as a product manager.
- Proven track record of taking products from 0 to 1.
- Experience owning business cases beyond just the product roadmap.
- Experience with usage-based or hosted SaaS pricing models.
- Comfort defining delivery architectures and associated compliance tradeoffs.
- Ability to scope ruthlessly to ship minimum viable products that prove demand.
- Experience with marketplace, ecosystem, or platform business models is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI agent standards or skill/plugin formats is a plus.
- Exposure to the Atlassian ecosystem or comparable enterprise software ecosystems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Turn internal expertise into packaged, plug-and-play AI skills for agent platforms.
- Define packaging formats, delivery models, and go-to-market plans for AI skill content.
- Build a lightweight management layer for version history, ownership, and skill visibility.
- Evaluate and define the delivery architecture, including data residency and compliance requirements.
- Validate usage-based pricing models and adjust business models based on market demand.
- Collaborate with the governance team to define requirements for AI agent policy engines.
