Requirements
- Several years of experience as a product manager in complex, technical, enterprise infrastructure or governance products (e.g., IT asset management, identity governance, or configuration management).
- Experience managing a product that spans multiple domains and teams.
- Comfort selling into and gathering requirements from senior technical buyers like platform admins, CISOs, and CIOs.
- Proven track record of shipping in phases against a long-term roadmap.
- Strong, structured customer discovery skills with experience interviewing enterprise stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence, JSM, Forge) is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI agent tooling or LLM platform governance is a plus.
- Experience building or overseeing a policy or rules engine is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Strengthen core platform capabilities for reliable configuration movement and visibility.
- Extend the governance model to treat AI agents as configuration, including setup capture and rollback capabilities.
- Build a control plane for AI activity featuring discovery, inventory, policy enforcement, and audit trails.
- Develop a policy engine to define and enforce rules for AI agent runtime behavior.
- Manage partner relationships, specifically with Atlassian's partner program.
- Conduct regular customer discovery interviews with enterprise Jira platform admins and IT leaders.
