Job Details

Significant experience leading research, insights, analytics, polling, or data-driven consulting functions.
Strong hands-on experience with traditional polling, including public opinion research and questionnaire development.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex research findings into clear strategic recommendations and compelling narratives.
Experience expanding research or insights capabilities beyond core offerings into broader market or commercial applications.
Proficiency in qualitative research methods including focus group design, moderation, and analysis.
Experience building client-facing deliverables such as reports, proposals, and account-planning materials.
Strong understanding of data processing, segmentation, modeling, and statistical interpretation.
Proven capability managing and developing research or insights professionals.
Comfort operating within the public opinion research community with vendors and peers.
Ability to partner effectively across commercial, technical, and product-focused teams.

Lead and evolve the Insights practice from a polling-centered function into a broader, commercially relevant research capability.
Develop frameworks, standards, and operating rhythms to scale the Insights function beyond project-by-project execution.
Partner with Product, Revenue, and Data teams to integrate insights into client strategy, proposals, and product development.
Ensure methodological rigor across survey design, sampling, weighting, modeling, and qualitative research.
Coach and manage the Insights team to build expertise in research design, analytics, storytelling, and client advisory.
Translate complex research data into clear, actionable narratives and strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
