- Proficiency in utilizing data visualization and reporting tools like DOMO.
- Ability to analyze platform and support trends to drive account improvements.
- Proven track record of managing open technical items and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical resource for live customers within the assigned portfolio.
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer data schemas, integration points, BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), and SDDs (System Design Documents).
- Provide technical best practices and proactive recommendations to support platform usage and business goal achievement.
- Conduct technical discovery sessions with customer marketing and technical teams to identify opportunities for platform expansion and new integrations.
- Lead technical account health status reviews and issue executive-level summary reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Operate and manage the assigned account portfolio using tools such as DOMO.
- Collaborate with and guide internal Support and Engineering teams in issue resolution.
