Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing digital products, ideally in SaaS or video streaming environments.
- Hands-on experience with agile frameworks.
- Proficiency with product management tools.
- Strong understanding of software development processes.
- Professional proficiency in English with the ability to communicate with international clients.
- Demonstrated ability to introduce process improvements.
- Ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership.
- Can-do attitude and ability to motivate the team.
Responsibilities
- Write and refine functional and non-functional requirements to guide product development.
- Co-create and maintain the product roadmap in Jira Discovery.
- Support the sales team by providing technical product knowledge.
- Run and support Scrum ceremonies to ensure team alignment.
- Remove blockers for the development team to keep work flowing.
- Manage the Jira space, ensuring sprints start and finish on time with clear tasks.
- Conduct regular 1:1 talks to maintain motivation and team spirit.
