Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Extensive leadership experience in technology strategy, product development, and operations at scale.
Strong background within data, AI/ML, or SaaS domains.
Demonstrated success in setting long-term technology vision and executing multi-year roadmaps at the domain or enterprise level.
Proven ability to lead global, high-performing technical teams.
Experience delivering innovation in fast-paced, client-centric environments.
Deep knowledge of emerging technology trends in data, AI/ML, and cloud infrastructure.
Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility for technology investments.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at an executive level.
Track record as a change agent driving organizational and technological transformation.

Build the next generation of WeloData’s platform foundations, focusing on release quality, monitoring, and engineering discipline.
Define and execute the product and technology strategy, shaping 2–3 year roadmaps aligned with corporate goals.
Anticipate market, client, and technology trends to position WeloData as a leader in AI training data.
Direct the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable data, analytics, and AI/ML solutions.
Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary technology and engineering teams across geographies.
Partner with executive leadership and clients to co-create solutions and ensure integration within the wider Welocalize ecosystem.
Establish governance standards for data integrity, compliance, and interoperability.
Optimize technology investments through budgeting, vendor management, and internal development.
