Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Significant experience in Fintech, Payments, or ERP-integrated SaaS.
- Expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Deep experience with NetSuite SuiteCloud platform (SuiteScript 2.x).
- Proven ability to lead complex projects from ambiguity to production delivery.
- Experience in globally distributed environments.
- Strong judgment in verification discipline and designing testable solutions.
- Proven effectiveness working in fully remote, asynchronous environments.
- High autonomy and disciplined self-direction.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver complex, high-value features ensuring scalability and alignment with NetSuite SuiteCloud constraints.
- Lead the integration of AI as a force multiplier to improve team throughput.
- Identify technical tradeoffs early to protect system integrity and reduce maintenance overhead.
- Decompose vague requirements into staged execution plans to improve delivery predictability.
- Drive the engineering of automated validation frameworks verifying code against US GAAP and IFRS logic.
- Translate technical debt and architectural choices into business outcomes for stakeholders.
- Refactor fragile code paths and establish high standards for review and documentation.
- Anticipate architectural bottlenecks and resolve them before they impact product delivery.
- Mentor mid-level and junior engineers through code reviews and design guidance.
- Own and deliver against OKRs and KPIs with accountability for quality and timelines.
