Requirements
- Active DHS Public Trust clearance or higher.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow App Engine and custom application development.
- Advanced knowledge of Service Portal development including widget customization.
- Experience integrating with external systems using REST, SOAP, and third-party APIs.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams.
- Experience working in Agile environments using Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and Flow Designer.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, development, and deployment of ServiceNow applications.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and App Engine.
- Create complex workflows, business rules, and automation scripts using JavaScript and Flow Designer.
- Develop custom Service Portal widgets using AngularJS, HTML, and CSS.
- Manage integrations with external systems via REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub.
- Ensure platform security and data governance through RBAC and compliance policies.
- Mentor and provide technical oversight for a team of ServiceNow developers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and conduct root cause analysis.
- Work within an Agile framework to support sprint planning and backlog management.
