Embedded Software Engineer

Develop and maintain connectivity across Ethernet, Wi-Fi, Thread, Zigbee, and BLE.
Build and optimise secure, reliable device messaging using protocols such as MQTT, CoAP, HTTP, or WebSockets.

Engineering at Fuse Energy

You will engineer the core digital infrastructure for a next-generation energy company. We are building a real-time digital twin of our renewable generation and customer demand. You will develop robust messaging interfaces with third-party providers. Expect to build high-volume pipelines for processing millions of customer energy consumption data points. This involves crafting the backend of a world-class energy app. We use technologies like Google Maps API and British Server Locations, emphasizing highly-available production systems. Experience with infrastructure as code, like AWS CDK, is a bonus.
