10+ years of experience delivering solutions in a primary technical domain.
8+ years of experience in data engineering.
4+ years of experience architecting data solutions on Azure.
5+ years of experience in solution architecture and leading development or engineering teams.
Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure with experience with Databricks and/or Fabric.
Proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL, and data engineering frameworks.
Proven experience with modern data architectures (data lakes, warehouses, lakehouses, data mesh, streaming).
Experience with Azure DevOps, infrastructure as code, APIs, security, and compliance.
Experience using AI-augmented development and integrating AI/ML capabilities into solutions.
Strong experience with Agile or Scrum at scale.
Experience in consulting or professional services.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Lead architecture and technical strategy for Azure modernization and transformation programs spanning multiple teams.
Translate client goals into scalable designs that align with business priorities and program outcomes.
Provide ongoing architectural guidance, define reusable patterns, and establish technical guardrails.
Drive architecture across teams to ensure designs follow shared models, standards, and patterns.
Communicate architecture strategy clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives.
Mentor architects, senior engineers, and technical leads to build design skills and architectural judgment.
Partner with sales and account leaders on strategic pursuits and business development initiatives.
