Requirements
- Proven track record in managing performance-based user acquisition campaigns (CPA model), particularly in e-commerce, banking or insurance verticals
- Solid understanding of conversion tracking, analytics, and campaign optimization techniques
- Experience with Telecom-based channels (SMS/Viber) driving traffic to digital destinations
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and performance marketing tools
- Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Google Data Studio
- SQL knowledge is a plus
- Analytical mindset, self-starter attitude, and a strong focus on delivering profitable outcomes
- Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of campaigns
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and scale user acquisition campaigns with proprietary Big Data tools and services
- Independently manage full-cycle campaigns: from strategy to execution and continuous optimization
- Analyze performance data to ensure strong ROI and effective budget allocation
- Develop, test, and optimize creative strategies, funnels, and messaging across channels
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities
- Optimize existing channels and test new ones to improve acquisition metrics
- Deliver consistent, positive results while maintaining cost-efficiency
