Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading performance marketing or user acquisition for B2C digital products.
- Experience in high-growth B2C SaaS, AI-powered, or consumer subscription businesses.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Google Ads and Bing.
- Understanding of Google Ads account management, compliance, policies, platform rules, attribution, and large-scale optimization.
- Experience managing significant acquisition budgets with clear business ownership.
- Experience growing subscription-based or recurring revenue products.
- Ability to think strategically while remaining comfortable diving into campaign-level details.
- Experience building or significantly scaling PPC teams and processes.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL.
- Comfortable working with large data sets, analytics, experimentation, and forecasting.
- Fluency in English.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term paid acquisition strategy across multiple B2C subscription products.
- Scale Google Ads and Bing as the primary acquisition channels while maintaining strong unit economics.
- Manage large acquisition budgets and continuously improve marketing efficiency.
- Build the PPC team, processes, reporting, and operational foundations from the ground up.
- Identify new growth opportunities, audiences, and acquisition strategies.
- Lead experimentation across campaigns, landing pages, messaging, and conversion funnels.
- Partner closely with Product, Analytics, Design, and Leadership to improve acquisition performance.
- Develop forecasting models, reporting frameworks, and scalable decision-making processes.
- Continuously optimize key business metrics including CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, ROMI, LTV, and overall acquisition efficiency.
