Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience managing operations at a veterinary hospital or clinic
- Experience working at a software or technology company (preferred)
- Strong understanding of veterinary clinic operations, workflows, and practice management systems
- Experience leading projects or coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong relationship-building skills with experience collaborating across technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to work independently while driving alignment across various functional departments
Responsibilities
- Partner with product managers to provide expertise on veterinary clinic operations and workflows.
- Coordinate strategic projects across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations teams.
- Serve as the primary product contact for corporate veterinary groups and integration partners.
- Coordinate go-to-market activities, stakeholder communications, and launch readiness.
- Act as a liaison to align priorities and facilitate communication across business and product teams.
- Track project timelines, identify risks, and manage dependencies.
- Maintain project plans, process documentation, and internal resources.
- Champion the customer perspective in product decisions using firsthand veterinary experience.
