Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing with hands-on campaign execution.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
  • Expert-level HTML/CSS for email (fluid/hybrid frameworks, dark mode).
  • Experience building journeys with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Iterable, Braze, SFMC, Marketo).
  • Autonomous cross-client QA and troubleshooting via Litmus or EoA.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and translation of test designs into campaign journeys.
  • Working knowledge of API events and webhooks.
  • Solid understanding of JSON data structures and templating languages.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily campaign tasks and launch campaigns based on content calendar.
  • Design multi-channel journeys in Iterable using experiments, conditional splits, and API event payloads.
  • Code and QA emails within templates using Iterable snippets and handlebar logic.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product analytics teams to assess results and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure marketing content meets industry policies.
  • Collaborate with technical resources to QA API event JSON payloads and outbound webhooks.
  • Monitor campaign send counts and performance metrics.
