Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in consultative sales, account management, or strategic customer relationships.
- Background in B2B, SaaS, marketplace, or service-driven environments.
- Proven track record managing a book of business with accountability for retention.
- Strong relationship-building skills with experience influencing executive sponsors and admins.
- Proficiency in Salesforce for managing activity, tracking opportunities, and account hygiene.
- Experience prioritizing accounts and executing proactive outreach plans.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Data-informed approach to translating feedback into actionable strategies.
- Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
- Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter for team gatherings.
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of high value Meal Program accounts with full accountability for retention and GMV protection.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic partner for accounts after AE handoff, building trusted relationships with account stakeholders.
- Conduct regular business reviews in person and virtually to align on goals and identify opportunities.
- Escalate issues regarding service, delivery, restaurant variety, and order accuracy to cross-functional partners.
- Maintain accurate account records in Salesforce, including stakeholder maps and account health.
- Refine playbooks and models for retaining high-value Meal Program customers.
- Advocate internally for product and service improvements based on customer feedback.
- Utilize AI tools to prioritize accounts, personalize outreach, and surface actionable insights.
