Requirements

  • 8+ years of outside sales experience with a focus on new logo acquisition or business development.
  • Proven track record of consistently delivering $5-$10M per year in revenues.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales quotas.
  • Strong prospecting skills with the ability to navigate between the boardroom and the data center.
  • Experience leading complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to assess, plan, and manage a territory for maximum revenue and efficiency.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Challenger Mindset with the ability to apply customer insights to solve technical problems.
  • Must currently reside in the Greater Cleveland area.

Responsibilities

  • Evangelize all-flash enterprise storage technology and data solutions to ensure customers understand the value proposition.
  • Build and cultivate relationships with customers to drive industry-leading satisfaction ratings.
  • Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans to engage internal resources and win new business.
  • Manage a robust pipeline of sales activity to consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual quotas.
  • Collaborate with teammates and strategic partners globally to execute sales strategies.
