Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Google Suite.
  • Experience with data management tools.
  • Detail and quality-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage and organize competing demands and a diverse workload.
  • Ability to work independently during Pacific, Central, Eastern, or Mountain business hours.
  • Access to a workstation meeting technical requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Brivity CRM for transaction and database management.
  • Oversee buyer and seller transactions from initial contact through closing.
  • Prepare pre-listing materials and obtain required signatures on agreements and disclosures.
  • Input listing information on MLS and marketing websites and submit documentation to the broker.
  • Coordinate with third parties including title/escrow, mortgage, and appraisal services.
  • Coordinate inspections and assist with repair negotiations.
  • Submit documentation for file compliance and update the client database.
  • Conduct post-closing follow-ups to assist with home improvements, gather referrals, or perform prospecting.
