Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Google Suite.
  • Ability to work independently during Pacific, Central, Eastern, or Mountain time zones.
  • Ability to manage and organize competing demands and a diverse workload.
  • Detail and quality orientation.
  • Possession of a workstation that meets company technical requirements.
  • Ability to pass a two-week Brivity Bootcamp assessment process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Brivity CRM and database activities.
  • Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from initial contact through closing.
  • Prepare pre-listing materials and obtain necessary signatures on listing agreements and disclosures.
  • Input listing information into MLS and marketing websites.
  • Coordinate with title, escrow, mortgage, and appraisal third parties.
  • Manage inspections and assist in repair negotiations.
  • Submit documentation for file compliance.
  • Conduct 30-60-90 day post-close customer follow-ups.
