Professional experience in Finance, Accounting, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Purchasing, Business Administration, or similar business functions.
Experience implementing ERP, Financial Systems, or SaaS platforms.
Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Purchase-to-Pay, Source-to-Pay, Accounts Payable, or Spend Management processes.
Experience working directly with customers during software implementations.
Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into functional system configurations.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Professional-level English (customer-facing role).

Understand customers' finance and procurement processes.
Lead discovery sessions to identify business requirements.
Translate business needs into system configuration.
Configure the platform following implementation best practices.
Advise customers on process improvements and automation opportunities.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training sessions, and Go-Live activities.
Help customers successfully adopt the platform and maximize business value.
Explain new product features and their impact on business processes.
Work closely with Project Managers, Technical Consultants, Product Specialists, and Customer Success teams.
Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent customer experience.
