Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent demonstrated experience.
- 5–8 years of experience in product management, cross-functional leadership, or growth-oriented roles.
- At least 2 years of direct accountability for revenue, product outcomes, or business results.
- Proven experience defining problems, building structure in ambiguity, and executing projects from start to finish.
- Ability to connect business decisions to revenue and growth metrics.
- Fluency in AI and automation tools for professional or team workflows.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complexity into clear narratives.
- Ability to work during core US business hours.
- Ability to travel once or twice per year for team or project meetings.
- Ability to perform job requirements with or without reasonable accommodations.
Responsibilities
- Hold end-to-end accountability for pod results, including product milestones, revenue targets, and customer impact.
- Translate company vision into actionable product roadmaps and delivery plans.
- Develop and maintain segment-specific positioning, buyer personas, and messaging frameworks.
- Define problems, pressure-test solutions, and structure work initiatives using design thinking principles.
- Manage Voice of Customer (VOC) and competitive intelligence programs.
- Coach and direct pod members in a player-coach capacity to build a culture of accountability.
- Champion the use of AI and automation tools to accelerate delivery and reduce operational overhead.
- Represent pod decisions and outcomes clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
