Requirements
- 5–7 years of combined SEO and content experience.
- Deep technical SEO knowledge including search algorithms, site architecture, and Core Web Vitals.
- Proven track record of driving organic traffic and ranking growth.
- Strong writing and editing skills for publication-quality content.
- Hands-on digital PR experience, including link-building via platforms like HARO or Qwoted.
- Proficiency with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Experience using a CMS such as WordPress or Drupal.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic technical implementation.
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable strategy.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
- Portfolio of published content and link-earning campaigns required.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the organic growth roadmap, including keyword strategy, competitive benchmarking, and quarterly KPI targets.
- Lead technical SEO, including site architecture, page speed, schema markup, and Local SEO at scale.
- Collaborate with developers to implement technical improvements and ensure SEO requirements are met.
- Manage the SEO tooling stack and report on data-driven performance metrics.
- Develop and execute content strategy across blogs, landing pages, and guides while maintaining compliance.
- Perform regular content audits to optimize and maintain a high-performing content library.
- Execute digital PR campaigns to earn high-authority backlinks.
- Respond to media requests via platforms like HARO and Qwoted to earn expert coverage.
