Experience: 3+ years

Requirements

3+ years selling to insurers/MGAs or selling in insurance/InsurTech.
Full-cycle AE experience: you own prospecting to close.
Strong discovery and qualification (MEDDICC, BANT, or similar).
High tempo, focus, and resilience.
Knowledge of the insurance industry or TPA operations is a plus.
Hunger and grit.

Responsibilities

Design and implement the infrastructure needed for scalable, repeatable execution.
Own conversations with some of the largest insurance companies in the world.
Experiment across channels, test new approaches, and identify untapped opportunities.
Lead with insight, drive urgency, and maintain a clear vision from first touch to close.
Work closely with Claims and Product to ensure solutions stay ahead of the market.
Hire and lead a full-cycle sales team as the company scales.
