Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software experience, with much of that working on user growth or monetization
- Strong, hands-on full-stack engineering skills, with the ability to independently design, build, and ship production changes across frontend and backend systems
- Demonstrated experience running product experiments end-to-end
- A data-driven approach to problem solving
- The judgment to balance speed and quality in a growth environment
- Comfort operating in ambiguous problem spaces
- A collaborative working style and the ability to partner deeply with product, design, and analytics
- Ability to work across a stack including Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, React, and TypeScript
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship full-stack growth experiments end-to-end
- Improve key metrics across acquisition, activation, engagement, and monetization
- Collaborate daily with product managers, designers, and analysts
- Analyze experiment results and iterate quickly based on data
- Contribute to our experimentation platform and growth infrastructure
- Make thoughtful engineering tradeoffs in pursuit of impact
