Requirements
- Extensive full-stack experience with modern frontend and backend architecture.
- Experience with API design and both relational and non-relational data models.
- Demonstrated experience building and shipping GenAI or LLM-powered features.
- Fluency with AI-assisted and agentic development workflows.
- Hands-on experience building scalable systems on major cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
- Proficiency in React and TypeScript.
- Proficiency in Node.js and Python.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects.
- Strong product-minded approach to engineering and technical decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and drive outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Design and ship AI-powered features directly into the user experience.
- Lead projects from concept to delivery.
- Resolve ambiguity by partnering with Product and Design teams.
- Drive frontend development in React and TypeScript.
- Design and implement backend systems and APIs with Node.js, Python, and serverless functions on Google Cloud Platform.
- Improve development workflows by adopting AI-assisted and agentic practices.
- Deliver technical reviews to ensure system and product quality.
- Support teammates through collaboration, pairing, and mentorship.
