Requirements
- Extensive full-stack experience with modern frontend and backend architecture.
- Proven experience building and shipping GenAI or LLM-powered features in user-facing products.
- Deep understanding of systems and API design.
- Proficiency in React and TypeScript.
- Proficiency in Node.js and Python for backend systems.
- Experience with both relational and non-relational data models.
- Hands-on experience building scalable systems on major cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
- Fluency with AI-assisted and agentic development workflows.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and drive outcomes with imperfect information.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong product-minded approach to engineering and UX outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Design and ship AI-powered features directly into the user experience.
- Lead projects from concept to delivery, building scalable products to help users achieve financial goals.
- Resolve ambiguity by partnering with Product and Design to close requirement gaps.
- Drive frontend development in React and TypeScript with agent-assisted workstreams.
- Design and implement backend systems and APIs with Node.js, Python, and serverless functions on GCP.
- Improve engineering practices by adopting AI-assisted and agentic development workflows.
- Deliver high-leverage technical reviews to improve system and product quality.
- Support teammates through collaboration, pairing, and technical leadership.
