- Proficiency with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Apollo, Close, or Salesforce.
- Strong desire to continue as an individual contributor while mentoring others.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to solve sales problems.
- Capacity to take ownership and influence sales strategy.
Responsibilities
- Book qualified consultations through outbound prospecting.
- Handle complex and high-value sales conversations.
- Lead by example through consistent individual sales performance.
- Maintain high levels of discipline within the CRM system.
- Coach two Appointment Setters through regular feedback sessions.
- Conduct call reviews and monitor team KPIs.
- Analyze AI-generated call transcripts to improve team performance.
- Refine outbound messaging and qualification quality.
- Prepare performance reports for leadership.
