  • Strong desire to continue as an individual contributor while mentoring others.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to solve sales problems.
  • Capacity to take ownership and influence sales strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Book qualified consultations through outbound prospecting.
  • Handle complex and high-value sales conversations.
  • Lead by example through consistent individual sales performance.
  • Maintain high levels of discipline within the CRM system.
  • Coach two Appointment Setters through regular feedback sessions.
  • Conduct call reviews and monitor team KPIs.
  • Analyze AI-generated call transcripts to improve team performance.
  • Refine outbound messaging and qualification quality.
  • Prepare performance reports for leadership.
