Requirements
- Fluent English communication (clear, friendly, confident).
- Warm, welcoming, and persuasive phone manner.
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily.
- Experience in appointment setting, telesales, lead generation, or customer engagement.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with Close.io, HubSpot, Gong or similar tools (preferred).
- Coachable, driven, and motivated.
- Reliable internet and professional remote setup.
Responsibilities
- Call leads daily using Close.io dialer or similar software.
- Engage prospects in a polite, friendly, respectful, and welcoming manner.
- Secure 45-minute appointments for the sales team and match them with available calendar slots.
- Follow up with engaged but unbooked prospects and re-engage warm leads from the database.
- Log all calls, notes, outcomes, and appointment details in HubSpot or other CRM tools.
- Collaborate closely with teammates and participate in coaching sessions based on call reviews from Gong.
