Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of related experience in IT support or legal administration.
- Experience in a medium to large size law firm is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new software applications and legal-specific software.
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office systems.
- Excellent project management skills and relevant experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with attorneys, management, and staff.
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Paralegal and/or Aderant experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily Tier 1 operational and user support for Risk Management Information Systems, including Conflicts and New Business Intake (NBI) systems like Intapp Intake, iManage SPM, LBMS, and Fulcrum Upfront.
- Maintain application user accounts and access rights within risk systems.
- Perform initial setup and maintenance of ethical screens using iManage SPM.
- Assist the Risk Systems Manager and Chief Risk Officer on technical initiatives, requirement gathering, and project management.
- Develop training materials and conduct internal and external training sessions.
- Create and maintain system and process documentation.
- Collaborate with Finance and IT departments to maintain cross-functional systems.
- Provide after-hours availability for troubleshooting, testing, and maintenance issues.
