- 7+ years of IT experience, with at least 4 years of hands-on experience administering and engineering Microsoft core on-prem platforms and hybrid cloud environments.

Requirements
- 7+ years of IT experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft on-prem and hybrid cloud environments.
- Deep understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems, server hardware, and virtualization (VMWare, HyperV).
- Deep understanding of Active Directory, Entra ID, SSO, MFA, and authentication protocols.
- Expertise in PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Expertise in end-user device management and software distribution architectures.
- Expertise in enterprise application delivery (VDI, Citrix) and network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, NTP).
- Experience managing storage platforms (SAN, NAS, DAS) and connectivity services.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and Microsoft security tools (Microsoft Defender).
- Familiarity with SOX-related IT controls.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design IT infrastructure solutions based on business requirements.
- Implement and configure servers, virtual appliances, storage systems, and security tools.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot server issues, and maintain backups.
- Manage infrastructure capacity and scale components to meet demand.
- Develop PowerShell scripts and automation workflows for system administration.
- Implement security policies and best practices within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Mentor junior team members and serve as a technical escalation point.
