Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–4 years of experience supporting recruitment or HR operations
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS tools
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
- Familiarity with employment laws and compliance in Latin America
- Experience supporting background check processes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Exposure to clinical research or healthcare industries is a plus
Responsibilities
- Support the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through onboarding coordination
- Coordinate recruitment activities and maintain accurate candidate records in Work Day
- Facilitate a seamless candidate experience through timely and professional communication
- Prepare and process offer letters and employment documentation
- Partner with candidates to guide them through offer and pre-employment processes
- Manage background check initiation and review to ensure timely completion
- Liaise between Recruiting and HR Operations to support smooth new hire transitions
- Enable recruiter effectiveness by handling administrative and operational tasks
