Requirements

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience coordinating or supporting member-facing events or communities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and digital collaboration tools.
- Reliable high-speed internet and professional remote work setup.
- Ability to work U.S. business hours across ET–PT time zones.
- Previous experience in community management, customer success, or relationship management is preferred.
- Familiarity with Typeform and community engagement platforms is preferred.
- Experience supporting U.S.-based clients or understanding U.S. communication styles is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Actively manage and participate in daily conversations within Slack to foster a welcoming, professional, and energetic environment.
- Introduce members to one another based on shared interests, industries, or goals to facilitate peer-to-peer networking.
- Conduct recurring member check-ins to gather feedback, assess satisfaction, and proactively re-engage members to support retention.
- Coordinate member-facing events such as retreats, dinners, virtual meetups, and networking sessions, including event logistics and scheduling.
- Track engagement metrics including participation levels, member interactions, and event attendance, and provide insights to internal stakeholders.
- Manage member satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to identify opportunities for community improvement.
