Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, health policy, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or a similar analytical role.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects from design through delivery.
- Strong analytical skills with experience building business cases, financial models, or operational metrics frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders.
- Strong project management instincts and high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Healthcare or high-growth startup experience strongly preferred.
- Passion for the mission of transforming access to pediatric mental health care.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-priority operational initiatives end-to-end.
- Lead strategy discussions with executive sponsors to ensure operational scalability.
- Translate abstract ideas into structured operational solutions, workflows, and blueprints.
- Conduct proactive risk assessments and identify structural bottlenecks.
- Coordinate cross-functional working groups across Clinical, Product, Technology, and Commercial teams.
- Build analyses, financial models, and operational business cases to support leadership decision-making.
- Partner with the Data and Analytics team to define and track operational metrics.
