Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of successful enterprise SaaS sales experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex B2B sales cycles from prospecting through contract signature.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Experience selling software solutions to enterprise organizations and engaging executive-level decision-makers.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience delivering product demonstrations and leading commercial conversations with minimal oversight.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through contract execution and closure.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within target enterprise accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior business leaders and executive stakeholders.
  • Develop strategic account plans to maximize revenue opportunities and pipeline growth.
  • Conduct discovery conversations and deliver tailored product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with internal Solution Consultants, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and contracts.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts within CRM systems.
  • Represent the company at customer meetings, industry conferences, and networking events.
