Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of successful enterprise SaaS sales experience in a customer-facing role.
- Demonstrated success managing complex B2B sales cycles from prospecting through contract signature.
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Experience selling software solutions to enterprise organizations and engaging executive-level decision-makers.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience delivering product demonstrations and leading commercial conversations with minimal oversight.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through contract execution and closure.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within target enterprise accounts.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior business leaders and executive stakeholders.
- Develop strategic account plans to maximize revenue opportunities and pipeline growth.
- Conduct discovery conversations and deliver tailored product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with internal Solution Consultants, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Negotiate commercial terms and contracts.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts within CRM systems.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, industry conferences, and networking events.
