Requirements
- 1–3 years of high-velocity or outbound sales experience with a proven track record.
- Strong phone presence and comfort operating in a high-activity, outbound environment.
- Resilience and the ability to bounce back quickly from rejection.
- Coachability with an active desire to seek and implement critical feedback.
- Ability to effectively use a sales script while tailoring conversations for outcomes.
- Relentless focus on execution, metrics, and achieving high-performance results.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and CRM systems.
- Ability to build strong cross-team relationships and treat internal stakeholders like clients.
- Desire to grow within a fast-paced tech start-up environment.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to law firms by phone to explain how Steno works and drive adoption of Steno products and services.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to deal creation and close.
- Own your daily KPIs and put in the effort required to hit your sales targets.
- Follow the Steno sales process and playbook to maximize results.
- Work across teams to ensure a positive customer experience, expand wallet share, and onboard new firms.
- Stay current on product and service releases, and relay front-line feedback and objections to help forecast market needs.
- Travel to company-sponsored events and client functions to build rapport and deepen relationships.
