Requirements

  • 2+ years of inside sales experience selling SaaS or CRM solutions into automotive dealerships
  • Proven success in high-volume outbound (“hunter”) sales environments
  • Strong understanding of dealership operations or automotive retail dynamics (preferred)
  • Excellent cold calling and objection-handling skills with the ability to reach decision-makers
  • Ability to clearly articulate ROI and business impact to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills with consistent pipeline and activity management
  • Competitive mindset with a strong focus on results and revenue attainment

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business through high-volume outbound prospecting via calls, email, and social outreach
  • Engage dealership stakeholders including GMs, Dealer Principals, and ownership groups
  • Conduct structured discovery calls and deliver tailored product demonstrations
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through negotiation and closing
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting within Salesforce
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue and activity targets
  • Build multi-threaded relationships across dealership organizations to accelerate deal velocity
