Requirements
- 2+ years of inside sales experience selling SaaS or CRM solutions into automotive dealerships
- Proven success in high-volume outbound (“hunter”) sales environments
- Strong understanding of dealership operations or automotive retail dynamics (preferred)
- Excellent cold calling and objection-handling skills with the ability to reach decision-makers
- Ability to clearly articulate ROI and business impact to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with consistent pipeline and activity management
- Competitive mindset with a strong focus on results and revenue attainment
Responsibilities
- Drive new business through high-volume outbound prospecting via calls, email, and social outreach
- Engage dealership stakeholders including GMs, Dealer Principals, and ownership groups
- Conduct structured discovery calls and deliver tailored product demonstrations
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through negotiation and closing
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting within Salesforce
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue and activity targets
- Build multi-threaded relationships across dealership organizations to accelerate deal velocity
