Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience in selling software or SaaS solutions.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
- Certification in and strong belief in consultative sales methodology.
- Ability to identify, uncover, and quantify complex business challenges.
- Experience in consultative, B2B sales.
- Proven track record of success in selling at high levels.
- Comfortable with phone, video, and client-facing environments.
- Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
- Experience selling to brands or retailers is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate new business opportunities within an assigned territory.
- Execute the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through final close.
- Identify key influencers and stakeholders within target accounts.
- Navigate strategic customer conversations to uncover and quantify complex business challenges.
- Connect company solutions to prospective customers' specific pain points.
- Communicate value propositions to effectively position against competitors.
- Perform product demonstrations via Microsoft Teams or similar video technology.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to grow existing accounts, support renewals, and mitigate at-risk accounts.
