Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience in selling software or SaaS solutions.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
  • Certification in and strong belief in consultative sales methodology.
  • Ability to identify, uncover, and quantify complex business challenges.
  • Experience in consultative, B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of success in selling at high levels.
  • Comfortable with phone, video, and client-facing environments.
  • Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
  • Experience selling to brands or retailers is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate new business opportunities within an assigned territory.
  • Execute the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through final close.
  • Identify key influencers and stakeholders within target accounts.
  • Navigate strategic customer conversations to uncover and quantify complex business challenges.
  • Connect company solutions to prospective customers' specific pain points.
  • Communicate value propositions to effectively position against competitors.
  • Perform product demonstrations via Microsoft Teams or similar video technology.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to grow existing accounts, support renewals, and mitigate at-risk accounts.
