Requirements
- 3–6 years of professional experience in customer success, training, instructional design, or community management.
- 2+ years of experience delivering training or instruction to adult learners.
- 2+ years of experience working with technology products in a support or enablement capacity.
- Proven ability to create clear and practical enablement content like guides, videos, and documentation.
- Data literacy with experience using metrics to inform engagement and adoption strategies.
- Comfortable learning new software tools quickly and testing them from a user perspective.
- Strong communication skills across various formats including training delivery and internal channels.
- Experience or familiarity with Salesforce, AI tools, or learning management systems is preferred.
- Certifications in Customer Success, Instructional Design, or Change Management are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Deliver AI Fluency curriculum to staff across the organization with technical authority and approachability.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar of enablement materials such as walkthroughs, FAQs, and feature spotlights.
- Facilitate hands-on workshops, office hours, and drop-in support sessions to reinforce learning.
- Manage internal communication channels to foster an active user community and share success stories.
- Conduct proactive outreach to diagnose adoption barriers and design targeted interventions for users.
- Monitor and analyze product utilization metrics to inform training priorities and engagement strategies.
- Serve as an end-user quality assurance resource to advocate for usability in product development.
