Director, Product Owner - Infrastructure Technology

Own and maintain the multi-year curriculum product roadmap for Infrastructure Technology with clear prioritization criteria.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, including discovery, evaluation, build decisions, and performance improvement.
Translate infrastructure technology requirements into learning objectives, hands-on labs, and measurable performance assessments.
Serve as a lead consultant for stakeholders, including employers, donors, and government partners, to shape curriculum strategy.
Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Design, Delivery, and Operations to ensure high-quality instructional output.
Define and track curriculum product KPIs to drive roadmap decisions and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate product offerings with infrastructure learning environments like LMS and DCIM platforms.
