Senior Director, Technical Training — Career Accelerator

Lead a national technical training strategy aligned to Career Accelerator growth and outcomes goals.
Lead and develop a high-performing, nationally distributed team of full-time and adjunct instructors.
Develop and implement instructor onboarding, training, and evaluation systems.
Monitor learner engagement, retention, and completion data to drive instructional improvements.
Partner with CAAR leadership to drive strategies to increase certification participation and pass rates.
Contribute to building scalable systems for scheduling, staffing, and delivery across multiple programs and modalities.
Collaborate with Career Services and Employer Partnerships to ensure training aligns with job market demand.
