- Lead lab-first instruction in cybersecurity fundamentals, security operations, endpoint security, and ethical hacking.
- Guide learners through hands-on scenarios using cybersecurity tools and lab environments.
- Prepare learners for CompTIA Security+ SY0-701 and CISSP certifications.
- Monitor learner progress and provide timely feedback, targeted intervention, office hours, and coaching.
- Mentor cybersecurity projects and capstones from scoping and threat analysis through implementation, testing, documentation, and demonstrations.
- Inform curriculum, labs, assessments, and certification alignment as a cybersecurity subject-matter expert.
- Collaborate with instructional staff to improve labs, rubrics, learner outcomes, and classroom practices.
