At least 3 years of applicable experience sourcing for professional level positions including position in the Information Technology field
Experienced sourcing for hard to find talent for various roles
Experience sourcing passive candidates to fill open positions
Experience building and managing candidate pipelines to meet future hiring needs
Ability to lead sourcing/ recruiting projects
Experience working collaboratively and supporting multiple recruiters, sourcing for multiple positions, setting goals, and communicating effectively to ensure alignment on expectations between yourself and the recruiters.

💡 Responsibilities

Support recruiters to fill positions by utilizing active sourcing techniques (resume mining, Boolean searches, LinkedIn, Indeed and alternative search techniques)
Find, engage and activate passive candidates.
Collect/ Analyze/ share sourcing date with Recruiters
Create talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Update and maintain with accuracy the Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System
Communicate with the People Team in order to ensure timely communication with hiring managers, and candidates in a professional manner.
Source and screen resumes of applicants as needed
