Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proven experience in customer service and calling profiles.
- Exceptional phone etiquette skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under high pressure while maintaining call accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and solve problems creatively.
- Experience with customer service ticketing software (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of inbound/outbound calls and document all interactions.
- Intake, triage, investigate, and respond to inquiries directed to Sago’s respondent help desk.
- Assess respondent needs to provide accurate and complete information for quick resolution.
- Administer and prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met per quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues impacting respondent experiences.
- Escalate complex issues appropriately and follow up via outbound calls.
- Maintain knowledge of Sago’s technologies and procedures.
