Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Proven experience in customer service and calling profiles.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under high pressure while maintaining call accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems creatively.
  • Experience with customer service ticketing software (nice to have).

Responsibilities

  • Manage high volumes of inbound/outbound calls and document all interactions.
  • Intake, triage, investigate, and respond to inquiries directed to Sago’s respondent help desk.
  • Assess respondent needs to provide accurate and complete information for quick resolution.
  • Administer and prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met per quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues impacting respondent experiences.
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately and follow up via outbound calls.
  • Maintain knowledge of Sago’s technologies and procedures.
