Requirements
- Minimum 4-6 years of progressive HR experience.
- Minimum 4 years in a business partner or similar strategic role.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
- Proven proficiency in developing and executing HR initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations practices and complex issue resolution.
- Demonstrated coaching and consulting skills for managers and leaders.
- Proven ability to influence and build trust with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate and manage within a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB).
Responsibilities
- Provide business partnerships to the VP level and execute HR strategies to drive results.
- Implement and deliver solutions for retention, change management, and leadership development.
- Investigate and resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Coach managers and employees on policies and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and well-being.
- Analyze HR data to drive continuous improvement in the employee experience.
