Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a company or agency.
- Proven experience with direct sourcing, including scout planning and execution.
- Experience managing the full recruiting cycle independently and meeting hiring targets.
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese.
- Business-level proficiency in English for daily communication with candidates and staff.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote, fast-paced, and changing environment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Experience in startups or fast-growing companies is a plus.
- Experience with engineer recruiting is a plus.
- Experience with international or global recruiting is a plus.
- Experience working directly with executive leadership or business managers is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for diverse domestic and international roles.
- Utilize recruitment channels like BizReach, YouTrust, Green, and LinkedIn for direct sourcing.
- Manage recruitment agencies and external vendors.
- Manage candidates and improve hiring processes using Workable ATS.
- Partner with the CEO, COO, and hiring managers to drive recruitment strategy.
- Conduct interviewer training and hiring enablement in partnership with the HR Lead.
- Drive recruitment marketing initiatives including job description optimization and branding.
