- Track record of leading successful F2P product development on mobile.
- Strategic mindset with experience in both pre-production and early development phases.
- Experience working with licensed IP and navigating creative and brand considerations.
- Strong leadership skills with an ability to drive clarity in ambiguity.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and influencing skills.
- Quantitative fluency to interpret development priorities and game performance data.
- Deep familiarity with the full product lifecycle from concept to live operations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across creative, design, and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Direct F2P systems and live ops around core gameplay in collaboration with game design.
- Craft and communicate compelling product narratives for executive stakeholders and internal teams.
- Evaluate ideas through the lens of product goals, user value, and market opportunity.
- Direct multidisciplinary pods to deliver against product strategy.
- Own roadmaps, setting priorities and building frameworks to evaluate features and systems.
- Ensure gameplay, monetization, and social features converge into a cohesive F2P live service.
- Analyze game trends, innovations, and player behavior to inform gameplay solutions.
- Explore and integrate emerging technologies, such as generative AI, to accelerate development.
