Requirements

  • Professional experience in Customer Success, Lifecycle, RevOps, or Growth within B2B SaaS, developer tools, or AI/ML environments.
  • AI-native workflow habits with demonstrated experience replacing manual processes with automated solutions.
  • Proven track record of managing a high-volume book of business to drive NRR, retention, and expansion through automated motions.
  • Strong systems mindset for building repeatable engagement playbooks rather than individual manual relationships.
  • Ability to analyze product usage data to identify risk and opportunities, such as activation milestones and usage floors.
  • Fluency in digital CX and sales tools such as Intercom, Clay, Mixpanel, Amplitude, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Gong.
  • Experience at a product-led growth company is preferred.
  • Experience in voice AI, audio AI, or conversational AI space is preferred.
  • Experience building digital engagement programs across a long-tail account base (100+ accounts) is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design and own ElevenLabs' digital CX playbook for scale accounts including trigger logic, lifecycle sequences, in-app messaging, and automated health monitoring.
  • Build and maintain the health scoring model for digital accounts, defining at-risk, dormant, and breakout-track statuses within product data.
  • Partner with RevOps to implement and integrate automation tooling such as Claude, Clay, Lemlist, Salesforce, and Gong.
  • Automate workflows where possible and surface high-value signals that require human attention.
  • Own NRR and retention KPIs for the digital customer segment.
