Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional brand identity, interactive web design, and high-performance creative work.
- Proven track record of creating high-converting websites, digital campaigns, and scalable landing page systems.
- Solid professional experience in Web & Digital Design, ideally in tech, startups, or agile agency environments.
- Expert proficiency in Figma including Auto Layout, Variables, and Libraries.
- Experience using AI tools for image generation and rapid prototyping.
- Deep understanding of HTML/CSS constraints, fluid responsive behavior, mobile performance optimization, and accessibility standards.
- Ability to map user flows to business goals and team targets.
- Experience ensuring holistic, consistent application of brand standards.
- Strong understanding of marketing and web metrics (CTR, conversion rates, engagement).
- Hands-on experience designing and staging assets within CRM or marketing automation platforms like HubSpot.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex business objectives into scalable digital strategies.
- Architect and maintain design systems, email master templates, and component hierarchies.
- Act as lead designer for engineering squads, setting standards for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
- Lead the design process from ideation to launch with rigorous pre- and post-launch reviews.
- Optimize digital performance for web and email by balancing high-fidelity creative with loading speed and SEO standards.
- Mentor colleagues and provide constructive design feedback.
- Integrate AI tools such as Magnific and Figma AI Suite into design workflows to accelerate prototyping and ideation.
