Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional web design, interactive experiences, brand identity work, and conversion-focused digital solutions.
- Proven experience designing high-performing websites, landing pages, digital campaigns, and scalable web systems.
- Solid professional experience in web and digital design, ideally within technology companies, startups, or agile agency environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Variables, Libraries, and scalable design patterns.
- Strong understanding of HTML/CSS limitations, responsive design principles, mobile performance optimization, accessibility standards, and web development workflows.
- Experience using AI tools for image generation, rapid prototyping, and improving creative workflows.
- Ability to connect user journeys with business objectives and use data insights to guide design decisions.
- Experience maintaining brand consistency across multiple digital touchpoints and platforms.
- Strong knowledge of marketing and web analytics metrics, including conversion rates, engagement, and click-through rates.
- Experience designing email experiences, including dark mode considerations, modular templates, and limitations across email clients such as Outlook and Gmail.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate independently across multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluent English and Portuguese communication skills, with experience designing for global audiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design lifecycle for websites, landing pages, digital campaigns, and email experiences, from initial concepts through final implementation.
- Translate business goals and audience insights into scalable digital strategies focused on brand impact, user experience, and conversion performance.
- Drive the evolution of design systems, component libraries, email templates, and modular frameworks to support consistent global digital experiences.
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure designs are technically feasible, accessible, responsive, and optimized for performance.
- Create developer-ready design assets while maintaining high standards for visual quality, usability, and implementation accuracy.
- Optimize digital experiences by balancing creative excellence with technical requirements such as loading speed, SEO, accessibility, and responsive behavior.
- Analyze user behavior and performance metrics to identify opportunities for UX improvements and conversion optimization.
- Collaborate with marketing, brand, and product teams to ensure consistent application of visual identity across all digital channels.
- Provide mentorship, constructive feedback, and design guidance to support the growth of the wider creative team.
- Integrate AI-powered design tools and rapid prototyping solutions to accelerate ideation, asset creation, and workflow efficiency.
