Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent formal training).
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Demonstrated experience in directly or indirectly leading team(s).
- Broad knowledge of Cybersecurity and/or Information Technology environments.
- Knowledge of personnel practices, regulations, and leadership principles.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Experience leading Cybersecurity initiatives using Agile/SAFe.
- Proficiency with Jira Align or similar portfolio tools.
- Excellent partnering, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel by air with frequent overnight stays.
- Ability to work extended hours as needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and influence the mission, goals, and objectives of the department and organization.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve performance and the value of security products and services.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet enterprise needs.
- Drive vulnerability management, intelligent automation, and observability at scale.
- Provide Cybersecurity thought leadership and maintain strong partnerships across business and technology teams.
- Stay abreast of emerging Cybersecurity trends and solutions.
