- Expertise in SaaS metrics.
- Proven ability to build financial models and turn complex data into clear insights.
- Demonstrated track record of cross-functional partnering and influencing.
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executives and the board.
- High ownership and adaptability.
- Experience at a high-growth SaaS or AI company (bonus).
- Experience leading or mentoring a small team (bonus).
- MBA, CFA, or CPA (bonus).
Responsibilities
- Lead company-wide forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning, including scenario modeling.
- Contribute financial perspective on new product launches, pricing strategies, M&A evaluations, and geographic expansion.
- Serve as a strategic finance partner to executives and department leaders.
- Define and monitor key performance metrics such as gross margin, LTV/CAC, cash runway, and NRR.
- Manage monthly and quarterly reporting packages for leadership and the board.
- Evaluate and improve financial systems and workflows for automation and scalability.
